Applicants must appear in person at the Embassy to complete the fingerprinting process. This procedure cannot be completed online.

Required Documents
- A copy of your Malian birth certificate.
- A copy of your NINA card or “Fiche Individuelle”.
- A copy of your old passport (for renewal only).
- Proof of profession, if applicable.
- A payment voucher (payment must be made at BMS Bank in Mali or Ecobank).
- A prepaid return envelope if you would like your passport to be mailed back once it is ready.
